We’re excited to announce the grand opening of our most recent pregnancy and medical clinic location! This is the 5th CAPS clinic to open in the San Diego area.
On March 25th, 2024 we opened our doors to serve the community of La Jolla and the surrounding areas, with a special focus on UCSD (UC San Diego / University of California at San Diego) and the student population there.
This clinic will be providing the same high quality supportive pregnancy and medical services as the other 4 CAPS clinics. And with a La Jolla / UCSD college vibe.
The new location is at 8950 Villa La Jolla Drive, #C134, La Jolla, CA 92037. We are located in ‘The Campus on Villa La Jolla’ complex, in Building C, near the corner of La Jolla Village Drive and Villa La Jolla Drive.

As a licensed medical clinic, CAPS has qualified, supportive Medical professionals onsite. We are HIPAA compliant (Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act) – following federal rules for health care providers and health insurance companies about who can look at and receive health information.
Pregnancy Services
Do you have an unplanned pregnancy? CAPS understands and we can help. CAPS is a helpful bridge between verifying your pregnancy and taking the next steps in your healthcare. We will help you walk through what can be a very stressful time, helping you get answers and address pressures or concerns you have.
We provide FREE pregnancy testing, ultrasounds, and pregnancy options education and support. Pregnancy options education includes parenting, abortion, and adoption, with details about each.
For those considering abortion, we provide factual abortion information and comforting support, so you can make the best choice for your situation. We also have a free but valuable Decision Aid checklist to help you get your questions answered and address the issues that are important to you.
No matter what choice you make, CAPS will be there for you before, during, and after your pregnancy.
STI / STD Services
CAPS provides no cost to low cost STI / STD testing and treatment.
Other Services
Also available is FREE consulting and education about reproductive health, sexuality, relationship issues, and after abortion support.

CAPS is different than some other medical clinics since we receive no financial profit from your pregnancy because we do not perform or refer for abortions or arrange adoptions. We do refer to other organizations for adoptions if you are interested in that option.
